Iowa's Best Machine Service Center
The Iowa Falls Sewing Machine Center has been repairing, cleaning, and maintaining sewing machines since 1950. From classic Singers to reliable Brothers to high-end Bernina models, our technicians service every make and model with care.
Our experienced engineers and mechanics can troubleshoot issues quickly and even fabricate replacement parts for those special, irreplaceable machines. With extensive training and a deep parts inventory, our service stands out across Iowa.
While we work on any machine, we are proud to have specialized Bernina-certified service technicians on staff. We value transparency and affordability, and will keep you informed of progress and estimated repair or parts costs every step of the way.
If you are experiencing a machine issue or would like basic machine servicing, please review our policy and drop-off checklist below, then complete the check-in form.
Our Policy
A $50 deposit is required at the time of machine drop-off for all servicing, repair, and cleaning jobs. This charge is non-refundable, but is credited toward your final bill. All remaining repair charges are due in full at pick-up.
Machines must be dropped off during business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. You may complete the Machine Check-in Form online before your visit, or fill out a paper copy in the store. If you submit the form online in advance, we will print it before your arrival; simply provide your name and email or phone number to a team member.
